Lavender Blue Mylk Latte

Lavender Blue Mylk Latte (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan)

Sooo, Organika has these new mylk powders and they're all delicious, so basically i've been going crazy experimenting with them and trying to see how much goodness i can get into one cup. ⁣⁣I have a few non-latte recipes coming for you but I had to share this because when I discovered the beauty of it's flavours I couldn't stop drinking it.

⁣It’s the superfood latte to conquer all superfood lattes.

⁣⁣If you like a nice warm, delicious and nutritious beverage to calm you at the end of a long day, you HAVE try this!

⁣⁣The base is Organika’s blue mylk and collagen. ⁣⁣I throw a little bit of Beekeeper’s Naturals bee powdered honey with propolis, royal jelly and bee pollen to add sweetness, while also fortifying my gut microbiome and balancing my whacky immune system. ⁣⁣

Then, to amp up the relaxation & aromatic factor, i've blended some dried lavendar flowers into the latte. ⁣⁣

Are you relaxed yet?

Good, ⁣⁣now let's boost the nutrition even more by sprinkling a bit of turmeric and additional bee pollen on top. ⁣⁣

The flower petals are just for show but they sure do look purdy, don't they?

⁣These combos may sound odd but I assure you they are pure bliss! ⁣⁣

Now light a few candles, sip away and read your favourite book.

⁣⁣Talk about self love, amiright!? ⁣⁣

When was the last time you consumed something that brought you to a state of total calm & contentment?

⁣⁣It's time.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Lavender Blue Mylk Latte made from Organika's Blue Mylk Powder

Lavender Blue Mylk Latte

TIME: 5 minutes

SERVES: 1 grande latte

INGREDIENTS

2 cups filtered water

2 tbsp Organika’s Blue Mylk

2 tbsp Organika’s Enhanced Collagen - I recommend going with the Relax Collagen that has magnesium & l-theanine to help your whole body relax even further!

2 tbsp full fat coconut milk - I recommend Cha’s Organics because it is guar gum free but still thick and creamy.

1 tsp Beekeeper’s Naturals BeePowered Honey - you can use regular raw honey as well!

1 tsp dried lavender flowers

1/2 tsp turmeric powder (optional for topping)

1/2 tsp bee pollen (optional for topping)

DIRECTIONS

1) Place all ingredients except turmeric & bee pollen in a high-powered blender.

2) Blend until well combined and the blue begins to pop!

3) Sprinkle the turmeric and additional bee pollen over the top and any leftover lavender flowers, if you have any!

4) Get comfy, throw some essential oils in your diffuser and get ready to drink in relaxation!
